About Us
Villa Shemsmoon was born from the vision of two entrepreneurs from different backgrounds who shared one idea: to create a peaceful, authentic retreat overlooking the mountains and the city. Built with eco-friendly materials inspired by local craftsmanship, the villa was designed to blend naturally into its surroundings.
The name Shemsmoon came naturally — Shems, meaning “sun,” and Moon, symbolizing calm and harmony. Together, they reflect the balance of light and serenity that defines the villa and its setting.
Over time, their two children joined the adventure, turning Villa Shemsmoon into a true family business. Since day one, the family has been committed to the nearby village of Oumnas — hiring local staff, supporting families, and sourcing fresh produce directly from the community.
